The pain that can be felt in the first period after the operation is not unbearable and can be prevented with painkillers. The patient is usually discharged on the same day. It is normal to have swelling and bruises in the areas where the applications are made, dry eyes, blurred vision and sensitivity to light after the operation, and these effects disappear within a few weeks in parallel with the healing process. After the surgical procedure, the sutures are removed by the doctor within 5 days. The patient can return to work and social life within 5 days. In the first 3 months, it is necessary to avoid sports activities that may cause a blow to the eye area and to protect the eyes from the sun.
