In the aesthetic facial surgery operation, the patient's 'aesthetically' expectations are of great importance in eliminating the loss of elasticity, sagging and deep wrinkles experienced in the face and neck area as a result of the decrease in elastin and collagen production with the effect of time. In aesthetic expectation, there may be a certain facial rejuvenation and tension in the patient's mind. Considering these expectations, the aesthetic surgeon creates the scope of the operation by presenting the method recommendations to the patient, which will ensure that the result is appropriate and closest to the natural, in accordance with the general face structure of the patient and the proportion of the facial features with each other. With surgical incisions made from the temple line, which is often close to the scalp, to the back of the ear, the deformations in the face and neck area are stretched and suspending is provided towards the ears, and after the recovery, the excess skin tissue is cut and sutures are made. After surgical operations, where complications are not experienced or such difficulties are experienced less, and the results closest to the intended image are obtained, patients can have a facial rejuvenation as they 'imagine'. The operation performed with general anesthesia takes an average of 2-3 hours. It is aimed to reduce the bruises and swellings due to surgical intervention by applying a face dressing to the patient after the operation and using a neck brace.
