If you have a mole that is bothering you on your face or in a visible part of your body, you can have it removed. Moles can be removed by radiofrequency ablation or surgical incision depending on their characteristic. Some moles can also be removed by laser, but usually more than one session may be required. Mole removing process takes between 5 and 10 minutes and can be done at a single visit. It should be evaluated by a doctor for correct diagnosis. After this check, the surgeon decides which technique should be taken. In general, moles can be removed for the following reasons:
If it bothers the patient.
If it has a non-aesthetic appearence.
If there is a risk of skin cancer.
Mole removing is a quite safe process. Sometimes, there may be slight bleeding during the procedure, but it can be stopped easily. You may experience a slight rash or itching that will disappear in a few days. The risk of infection is very low.
DOES MOLE REMOVING OPERATION LEAVE ANY SCARS?
In the mole removal aesthetics, a slight scar may occur depending on the depth of the mole and the type of technique used. The treatment can be administered in the form of 2 or 3 sessions with intervals of 6 or 8 weeks, allowing you to leave no marks if the depth of the mole is too much. It is removed at once with a surgical operation. Aesthetic stitching is applied to avoid scarring. a slight crust may form over the area where the moles are taken. There is no need to worry. Within 1 or 2 weeks this crust drops and your new skin appears. It is very important that you wait for the shell to fall by itself. If your moles are too large and stitches are mandatory, you will be asked to visit again to remove the stitches within 2 weeks.
