Genital aesthetic applications are aesthetic and plastic surgery operations for fixing the disfigurement of the inner and outer lip deformity or sagging such as originating from the innate structure of the genital area or often due to birth and aging causes such as (called 'labioplasty') and narrowing the wider than normal vagina (called 'vaginoplasty'). HOW LONG IS THE HEALING PROCESS AFTER GENITAL AESTHETIC APPLICATIONS?

The pain that may be felt in the first postoperative period is not intolerable and can be prevented with painkillers. The patient is discharged on the same day and can return to work and social life within 2-3 days. It is normal to have mild swelling, pain and some spotting in the genital area after the application and these effects go away in the first weeks in parallel with the healing process. Sutures after genital aesthetic applications disappear spontaneously within a few weeks. One month after the operation, the vagina takes its full shape after surgical application. After genital aesthetic applications, sexual intercourse should be avoided for 1-2 months.
