Breast Enlargement in Male (Gynecomastia)

Gynecomastia, also known as breast enlargement in a man, may occur as a result of elevated levels of estrogen hormone secreted in a person's body or a decrease in testosterone hormone, breasts being structurally sensitive to estrogen hormone, or side effects of some drugs. Since breast growth is mostly aesthetically disturbing in males, it is preferred to reduce breasts to normal sizes by aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures. In men, depending on the fat percentage of breasts, only liposuction for breast reduction can give positive results, depending on the patient's condition, only surgical treatment can be performed, and both liposuction and surgical treatment combination can be provided for therapeutic purposes.
